Snow Peas With Chili Oil

Ingredients
  Snow peas 3⁄4 Pound, trimmed and strings discarded to make 4 cups
  Chili oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced to make 1/2 teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add peas and cook until bright and crisp-tender, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Drain; wipe out saucepan.
2. Add oil, garlic, and salt to saucepan and set over medium heat. Return snow peas to pan. Cook, stirring, until coated, about 30 seconds; serve hot.
