Beef Tips In Tomato Chile Sauce

Ingredients
  Tender boneless beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Poblano chiles 3 , roasted, peeled, seeded, diced
  Beef broth 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
For tomato chile sauce
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, diced (3 Pieces)
  Serrano chilies 4 , diced
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add beef, brown and cook to about medium-rare.
Remove from skillet and add the onion, chilies, broth and tomato-chile sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Return meat to skillet, heat and serve.
Sauce: Place the tomatoes, chilies, onion and garlic in a blender.
Process until almost pureed.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the sauce.
Cook about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt.
