Ingredients
  Chopped meat/Ground chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Celery 1 1⁄2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Kidney beans/Chili beans for hotter taste 2 Can (20 oz)
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)
  Tomato paste 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Can)
Directions

Brown meat, onion, garlic and celery.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
