Four Bean Meaty Chili

Ingredients
  Beef chunks 1 Pound
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Pork 1 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  Onion 1 Large
  Beer 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chili powder To Taste
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (To Sweeten)
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Canned kidney beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned butter beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned garbanzo beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomatoes 29 Ounce (1 No. 2 1/2 Can)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Northern beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs), made from bouillon
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Tomato juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Add More, As Needed)
Directions

Brown beef, pork, and onion; place in large kettle.
Add all the rest of ingredients.
If very thick, add water and tomato juice; simmer several hours until flavors are blended and meat is tender.
