Chili Whitefish

Ingredients
  Whitefish fillets 1 Pound
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Steak sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut fish into serving pieces.
Bring oil, vinegar, onion, salt, steak sauce, chili sauce, and water to boil in top part of a double boiler.
Add capers and fish.
Cover and cook over boiling water for 25 minutes, stirring several times.
Add peas; heat.
Makes 4 servings.
