Quick Chili Cheese Puff
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Canned whole green chilies||8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 4 Ounce Each)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350°.
Layer half of the cheese, the chilies and remaining cheese in 1-quart casserole or four 10-ounce custard cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat remaining ingredients with rotary beater until smooth; pour over top.
Bake until puffy and golden brown, casserole about 40 minutes, custard cups about 20 minutes.
