Chile 'n' Cheese Spirals
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Diced green chiles||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Green onions||3 , sliced|
|Chopped red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chopped ripe olives||2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|8 inch flour tortillas||4|
COMBINE cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, green onions, pepper and olives in medium bowl.
SPREAD 1/2 cup cheese mixture on each tortilla; roll up. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap; chill for 1 hour.
REMOVE plastic wrap; slice each roll into six 3/4-inch pieces. Serve with salsa for dipping.
