Potatoes In Chili Vinegar

Ingredients
  Baby new potatoes 4 Pound, halved (2 Kilogram)
For chili vinegar dressing
  Red onions 2 , sliced
  Jalapeno chilies 3 , chopped
  Fresh red chilies 3 , seeded and chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Fresh thyme leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh oregano leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 4 (Fresh / Dried)
  Apple cider vinegar 8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup / 250 Milliliter)
  Water 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup / 125 Milliliter)
Directions

1. Place potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and place in a serving bowl.
2. To make dressing, place onions, jalapeno and red chilies, garlic, sugar, capers, thyme, oregano, bay leaves, vinegar and water in a bowl and mix to combine. Pour dressing over warm potatoes, toss to combine and stand at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
