|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Canned chili without beans||31 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 To 15 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, diced|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), garnish (For Garnish)|
Saute pork, beef and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is browned, adding oil if necessary.
Drain off any excess fat.
Reduce heat to medium, stir in chili and cook about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes and pepper and continue cooking until heated through, about 5 minutes.
