Beef Chili

Ingredients
  Ground chuck beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned kidney beans 1 Pound, undrained (2 Cans)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Instant minced onion 3 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Into 2 1/2 to 3-qt casserole crumble beef.
Mix in tomatoes, tomato paste, beans, green pepper, onion, chili powder and salt.
Insert temperature probe so tip rests on center bottom of dish.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent.
Attach cable end at receptacle.
Microwave at High (10).
Set Temp, Set 190°.
When oven signals, stir and let chili stand about 10 mintues to blend flavors before serving.
