In 3-quart casserole, combine onion and garlic.
Microwave at High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Crumble beef into onion mixture.
Microwave at High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring twice to break apart.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 10 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 20 to 30 minutes, or until flavors are blended, stirring 2 or 3 times.
