Chili Cheese Puff
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||16 Ounce (4 Cups)|
|1% cottage cheese||1 Pint (2 Cups)|
|Canned diced green chilies||8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
COMBINE flour and baking powder in small bowl.
WHISK eggs in large bowl until blended; add Monterey Jack cheese, cottage cheese, chilies, sugar, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Add flour mixture; stir just until combined.
Pour into prepared dish.
BAKE, uncovered, 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa.
