Chili Cheese Puff

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 9
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 16 Ounce (4 Cups)
  1% cottage cheese 1 Pint (2 Cups)
  Canned diced green chilies 8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
COMBINE flour and baking powder in small bowl.
WHISK eggs in large bowl until blended; add Monterey Jack cheese, cottage cheese, chilies, sugar, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Add flour mixture; stir just until combined.
Pour into prepared dish.
BAKE, uncovered, 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa.
