Chunky Chili Con Carne
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Canned kidney beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
1. Crumble ground beef into 3-quart casserole. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cover tightly and microwave on high 6 to 9 minutes, breaking up beef and stirring after 4 minutes, until beef is no longer pink.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and microwave 12 to 18 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes, until boiling.
