Beef Corn Chile

|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned chili beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned whole kernel corn with peppers||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
Saute onion and garlic in margarine 10 minutes, or until tender.
Add meat and brown lightly.
Add chili powder and water and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Add beans and corn.
Mix well and heat through.
Good with a green salad.
