Beef Corn Chile

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned chili beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned whole kernel corn with peppers 12 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Saute onion and garlic in margarine 10 minutes, or until tender.
Add meat and brown lightly.
Add chili powder and water and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Add beans and corn.
Mix well and heat through.
Good with a green salad.
