Cincinnati Chili 'Four-Way'

I am a big fan of the Cincinnati chili. I recommend this to everyone who loves to have beef in their plate.
Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic cloves 2 , minced
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Clove 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato paste 3 Ounce
  Wine vinegar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti 12 Ounce, cooked
For topping
  Cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, combine beef, add onion, garlic and slightly brown the beef.
2. Add beef broth, water, unsweetened chocolate, chili powder, clove, cinnamon, allspice, bay leaf, cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Add tomato paste, wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and allow to boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
4. Stir well, the chili should be soupy in consistency. Discard the bay leaf.

SERVING
5. In a plate, put the spaghetti and ladle beef chili over it. Sprinkle with cheese, chopped onion and serve.
