Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
  Ground beef 4 Pound
  Ground lean pork 2 Pound
  Chopped onion 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 4 Pound (4 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
  Tomato puree 2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
  Kidney beans 8 Pound (8 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
  Salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Brown meats in shallow pans in preheated broiler.
Pour off drippings into heavy kettle.
Add onion and celery to drippings and cook for 5 minutes.
Add meat and remaining ingredients and cook, uncovered, over low heat about 2 hours, stirring frequently.
