|Fresh corn cut from cob||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Canned no salt added whole tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, coarsely chopped (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Diced sweet red pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Minced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned no salt added chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Undiluted)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seeded minced jalapeno pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine first 11 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in cilantro.
