Ingredients
  Fresh corn cut from cob 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Canned no salt added whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, coarsely chopped (1 Can, Undrained)
  Diced sweet red pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned no salt added chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seeded minced jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in cilantro.
