|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Red kidney beans||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
|Stewed tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
|Ripe olives||1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted|
1. Saute onion with chili powder in olive oil or vegetable oil just until onion is soft in a large frying pan; stir in remaining ingredients except olives; cover.
2. Simmer, stirring several times, about 30 minutes to blend flavors; stir in olives.
