Ingredients
  Ground beef 3 Pound
  Canned diced tomatoes 56 Ounce, undrained (2 Cans, 28 Ounces Each)
  Canned kidney beans/Pinto beans / black beans / both 64 Ounce, rinsed and drained (4 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  Smoked kielbasa 1 Pound, sliced and halved
  Onions 2 Large, halved and thinly sliced
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounces Each)
  Barbecue sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Hickory Flavored)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana peppers 5 , seeded and sliced (Fresh)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Instant coffee granules 2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Dried sage 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

In an 8-qt.kettle or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
