Venison Chili

Ingredients
  Ground venison 1 Pound
  Ground sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned red kidney beans 1 Pound (1 Can)
Directions

Fry ground venison and sausage until lightly browned.
Add onion.
Stir and brown.
Add remaining ingredients except beans.
Cover and cook slowly 1 hour.
Add beans and heat additional 10 minutes.
