Golden Sauced Franks

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce
  Canned sweet potatoes 34 Ounce, cut up (Two 17 Ounce Cans)
  Frankfurters 1 3⁄4 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces (12 To 15)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
In 3-quart casserole combine pineapple, sweet potatoes, and franks.
In small saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in reserved pineapple syrup, orange peel, orange juice, water, vinegar, and chili sauce.
Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.
Pour over mixture in casserole.
Cover and bake at 350° till heated through, 25 to 30 minutes.
