Black And White Chili
|Non stick cooking spray||1|
|Chicken breast tenders||1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch pieces|
|Coarsely chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned great northern beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Canned black beans||15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Canned mexican style stewed tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Chili powder seasoning mix||2 Tablespoon (Texas Style)|
Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot.
Add chicken and onion; cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is browned.
Stir beans, tomatoes with juice and seasoning mix into saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
