Hearty Bean Chillies

Ingredients
  Onion soup mix/Onion-mushroom soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned chickpeas 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can, Garbanzo Beans)
  Canned red kidney beans 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Canned whole peeled tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)
  Lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Celery ribs 1 Large, coarsely chopped
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 1 Medium, finely chopped
Directions

In 4-quart saucepan or stockpot, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until lentils are almost tender.
Remove cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, an additional 20 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed and lentils are tender.
