Chili Of The Sea

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 1 3⁄4 Pound (One 1 Pound 12 Ounce Can)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Clam juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
  Oysters 12 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Simmer tomatoes, catsup, onion, garlic, sugar and hot sauce for 15 minutes; strain.
Melt butter and add flour and chili powder to make a paste.
Gradually add clam juice, and tomato mixture; boil 5 minutes.
Add crab, shrimp and oysters; cook 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
