20 Min Turkey Chili

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic cloves 4 , chopped
  Bell peppers 2 , chopped (One Green And One Red)
  Jalapeno 1⁄2 , chopped
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Canned kidney beans 30 Ounce (Kidney And Pinto)
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned diced tomatoes 28 Ounce
  Ground turkey 1 Pound (Extra Lean)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat oil in a big pot over medium heat. Add onions and jalapeno and cook 2 minutes.
2. Stir in garlic and peppers, sauté 4 minutes or until peppers start to become tender.
3. Stir in turkey and break up with fork, cook another 4 minutes until turkey is browned. Stir in cumin and chili powder.
4. Add beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, and salt and pepper. Bring heat to medium high and allow to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!!
