Italian Sausage Chili

Ingredients
  Round steak 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Italian sausage 2 Pound
  Spanish onions 1 1⁄2 Large, diced
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Fresh garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Jalapeno peppers 4
  Canned stewed tomatoes 32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
  Chili powder 4 Teaspoon
  Red cayenne pepper 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 2 Tablespoon
  Mexican oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Beer 16 Ounce (1 Can Budweiser)
  Salsa 32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce El Paso Jars)
Directions

Brown meat in large pot; drain meat and add onion, green pepper, garlic and jalapeno peppers.
Cook approximately 20 minutes, then add everything else except beer.
Use the beer to thin the chili to desired thickness.
Simmer for 3 hours.
