Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 32 Ounce, cut up (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  Canned red kidney beans 32 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
Directions

Brown ground beef, discard fat.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring well.
Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 5 hours.

Waaay too dry, not saucy enough. I would recommend adding a can of diced tomatoes and not cooking the beef all the way. Adding something for spice too!
