  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Chili powder 3 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Mexican Tomatoes)
  Canned chili beans in sauce 15 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frozen corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

In a 2-qt.saucepan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender.
Add the next six ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle individual servings with cheese if desired.
