Spicy Chili Tahong with Oyster Sauce

You can serve this mussels/tahong preparation as an appetizer.
Ingredients
  Mussels/Tahong 1 Kilogram
  Minced ginger 80 Gram
  Minced onion 100 Gram
  Minced green bell pepper 100 Gram
  Chili paste 1 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large frying pan or a wok, heat the olive oil, sauteed onions, ginger and green bell pepper for 1 minute, add the mussels and mix thoroughly, after 3 minutes add chili paste and mix well, cover and cook with slow fire for 5 minutes or until mussels are ready, remove from the pan, place in a serving dish and top with the sauce.
