Chunky Turkey Chili

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 5 Pound
  Chopped celery 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 Medium, chopped
  Onions 2 Large, chopped
  Canned crushed tomatoes 56 Ounce (Two 28 Ounce Cans)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chili seasoning mix 2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Canned kidney beans 32 Ounce, drained, rinsed (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
Directions

In a Dutch oven over medium heat, brown turkey; drain.
Add celery, peppers and onions; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the next four ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Add beans; heat through.
