Chunky Turkey Chili
|Ground turkey||5 Pound|
|Chopped celery||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, chopped|
|Onions||2 Large, chopped|
|Canned crushed tomatoes||56 Ounce (Two 28 Ounce Cans)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chili seasoning mix||2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned kidney beans||32 Ounce, drained, rinsed (Two 16 Ounce Cans)|
In a Dutch oven over medium heat, brown turkey; drain.
Add celery, peppers and onions; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the next four ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Add beans; heat through.
