Chile Scramble

Ingredients
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon (Fleischmann's Original)
  Egg beaters 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Healthy Real Egg Product)
  Whole kernel corn 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced pimientos 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute onion in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is translucent.
Pour Egg BeatersĀ® into skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is set.
Stir in chiles, corn and pimientos; cook 1 minute more or until heated through.
