Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
  Canned california green chiles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced/ diced, seeds and pith removed (Or Use More)
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Minced canned jalapeno chiles/Other hot chilies To Taste
Directions

Peel and finely chop the tomatoes.
Mix with California green chiles, onion, salt, and as many jalapeno chiles as please your taste (about 1 jalapeno to each cup of sauce will make it noticeably hot).
