Chile Con Game

Ingredients
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Canned pear shaped tomatoes 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned red kidney beans 27 Ounce (One Large Can Of 1 Pound 11 Ounces)
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Ground cumin seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Avocado slice 6
  Coarsely chopped fresh coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cilantro)
Directions

Heat salt in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat; crumble in ground beef and cook, stirring, until browned (about 5 minutes).
Add onion and cook until limp.
Discard any fat.
Stir in tomatoes and their liquid, kidney beans and their liquid, chili powder, oregano, and cumin.
Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes, for about 15 minutes.
