  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chili powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned kidney bean 2 Pound, undrained (Two 1 Pound Each)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Gook beef, onion, garlic, and seasonings in shortening until meat is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes; stir often.
Uncover; cook to desired consistency.
