Tomato & Green Chile Sauce

|Tomatoes||6 Medium, peeled and finely chopped|
|Canned california green chiles/Fresh chilies||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced / diced (Add More, If Needed)|
|Minced onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salt/Other hot chilies||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced canned jalapeno chiles||3 (1 Whole)|
Mix tomatoes with green chiles, onion, salt, and jalapeno chiles to taste (about 1 jalapeno to each cup of sauce will make it noticeably hot).
Makes about 3 cups.
