This Soybean Chilli tastes incredible ! Try out these spicy seasoned vegetable dish with rice or pasta and let me know if you like it !your suggestions for this Soybean Chilli are welcome !
|Onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Tamari soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped (Fresh / Canned)|
|Tomato puree||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked soybeans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (With Liquid)|
In large skillet, saute onion, celery and green pepper in oil.
Add seasonings, tomatoes and tomato puree; bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add soybeans and continue to simmer 30 minutes longer; correct seasoning to taste.
