White Chili

This chili is white from chicken and great northern beans. For delicious fun, top it with sour cream.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Cooked chicken/Cooked turkey 4 Cup (64 tbs) (1/2 Inch Cubes)
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Ground red chilies/Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Great northern beans 30 Ounce (Undrained)
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped (3/4 Cup)
  Blue corn tortilla chips/Yellow corn tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Melt butter in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic in butter, stirring occasionally until onion is tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except tomato and tortilla chips. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with tomato and tortilla chips.
