Easy Tofu Chilli- Quick Appetizer Ideas

Ingredients

Tofu 350 Gram , cut into bite sized pieces
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1/2 , chopped
Chopped bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli sauce 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Corn starch 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Dissolve yeast and sugar in cup water and mix well. Set aside.

MAKING:

Dissolve corn starch in water and keep it ready.

Heat oil in frying pan and add cumin seed to it.

Add ginger garlic paste, onion, peppers and saute for 2 minutes.

Add salt, tofu and stir well.

Cook for 2 minutes or add until golden brown.

Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, water with cornstarch, green onion and stir fry for 2 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
