Chipotle Hummus

Ingredients

Canned garbanzo beans 2 Can (20 oz) , unsalted
Garbanzo beans juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemons 4 Medium , juiced
Chipotle chili in adobo sauce 2 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 4 Medium , roast
Tamari 1 Teaspoon
Cumin 1 Dash
Smoked paprika 1 Dash
Salt 1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING

1. In a food processor, add garbanzo beans, garbanzo beans juice, lemon juice, chipotle chili in adobo sauce, tahini sauce, garlic cloves, tamari, cumin, smoked paprika and salt and blend well.

2. Pour the dip out into a bowl.

SERVING

3. Serve along with assorted vegetables like cucumber, red peppers and carrots as a healthy snack.
