4 Garlic Hummus

Great side dish/appetizer
  Scallions (green and white) 2
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Head roasted garlic 1
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garbanzo beans 2 Can (20 oz)
  Tahini 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

3 + 2 Cloves of Garlic
1 head of Roasted Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2+ tsp Salt
2 can's Garbanzo Beans
¼ Tahini
½ Cup Parmesan
2-3 Scallions, greens and whites
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1/3 to ½ cup Olive Oil

Roughly chop 3 cloves of garlic and sauté in 2Tbs Olive oil till golden brown and fragrant. Combine sautéed garlic and all ingredients except remaining oil in a food processor and puree till smooth. Stream in olive oil till the consistency is smooth a less thick. Taste and add more salt if needed. Let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour so that the flavors can combine, the longer is sits the better it will taste. ENJOY!
