The 'No-Killy-Philly' Vegan Cheesesteak

  Vital wheat gluten 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garbanzo flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mesquite 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), shredded
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Vegetable stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , diced
  Garlic cloves 4 , smashed
  Bay leaves 2
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Heat On Stove 5- 10 Mins)

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In separate bowls, first mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Then mix both together for seitan.
3. Add all ingredients together and form a dough. Cut in half and make two logs and place in casserole dish.
3. Pour in casserole dish to cover seitan. Cover dish and place in oven 350 for 1 hour. Then flip seitan and continue to cook for 1/2 hour uncovered. If still too soft, then cook for another 20 minutes.
4. Slice up your seitan, and sauté it together with a diced onion and diced poblano pepper.

5. Toast a roll of your choice and add Vegenaise and your seitan sauté to it. Add Daiya cheese sauce and you're good to go.

6. Serve hot!
