Chickpea Snack

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Potato 2 , chop into cubes
  Tamarind paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped (for Garnish)
  Green chillies 2 , chopped (fresh - for Garnish)
  Fresh coriander leaves 3 Tablespoon (for Garnish)
Directions

Place the drained chickpeas in a large bowl.
Chop the onion and keep aside.
Peel and dice the aloo.
Place the aloo in a sauce pan of water and boil until they cooked and drain and keep aside.
Mix the tamarind paste and water toegther in a small bowl.
Add the Redchillipd,sugar and salt 1tsp to the tamarind paste and mix toegther and pour the mixture over the chickpeas.
Add the onion and diced and boiled aloo and stir to mix.
Season with a little salt to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with tomato,chillies and chopped coriander.
