|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Medium, finely chopped|
|Cooked dried chick peas/Drained canned chick-peas||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, peeled and chopped|
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions until wilted. Add the chick-peas, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, coriander, cumin, and turmeric and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with parsley.
