Ingredients
  Cooked rice 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Ground sunflower seeds 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Ground)
  Chickpeas 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Tofu 8 Ounce, crumbled (237 Milliliter)
  Grated cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Onion powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Basil 1 Pinch
  Sage 1 Pinch
  Fine herbs 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

–  Heat deep fryer to 425 °F (220 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine all ingredients and shape into croquettes.
–  Drop into deep-fryer and fry. Drain.
