|Cooked rice||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Ground sunflower seeds||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Ground)|
|Chickpeas||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Tofu||8 Ounce, crumbled (237 Milliliter)|
|Grated cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Onion powder||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Fine herbs||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
– Heat deep fryer to 425 °F (220 °C).
– In a bowl, combine all ingredients and shape into croquettes.
– Drop into deep-fryer and fry. Drain.
