Ground Chicken With Milk And Green Peas

This is one of our easiest recipes and you can make them once or twice a week.
Ingredients
  Chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a wok.

Add the onion and garlic. Cook them until they are brown.

Drop the ground chicken, then cook it.

When the chicken is cooked, add frozen peas and mix it a little bit.

Add some oyster sauce to the chicken. Git it a stir. You can add more sauce if you like.

Let it boil for a minute before adding 2 tbsp of evaporated milk. Mix a little.

Then, sprinkle little pepper and cook for another minute and it will be ready.

Serve it over rice or over pasta.

In this video, chef Marie makes ground chicken with milk and green peas which she makes at least once in a fortnight. It’s a very simple recipe that needs few simple Asian ingredients like oyster sauce, onion and garlic and just a work for cooking.
