Glazed Chicken is nothing but grilled or oven broiled chicken with a shining and sticky glaze. The glaze can be made with honey, brown sugar, mint, fruits like apricots and oranges for a more sweetish flavor or with spices and sauces to make it slightly hot. However, for glazed chicken one must take care not to apply the glaze before the chicken is nearly completely cooked or else the sugar in it causes the glaze to burn without cooking the chicken inside. Glazed chicken can be served with either rice or noodles.
