Chicken Florentine

Chicken Florentine is a simple and delicious recipe combining spinach and chicken in a creamy sauce. The Chicken Florentine sauce is made from shallots and garlic, dry white wine, cream, parsley and seasoning. The spinach is sautéed in butter and the chicken is coated with flour and browned in a non-stick skillet, before letting it cook in the sauce for a couple of minutes. Chicken Florentine is served alongside the spinach on a bed of pasta, topped with grated Parmesan.
