Black Bean Chicken is a savory chicken and black bean accompaniment dish. Chicken breast is sliced, seasoned with lime juice and oil, and browned in olive oil in a skillet. Onion, peppers and garlic are sautéed in oil along with rinsed and drained beans. The browned chicken is included later. Black bean chicken may be served with tortillas, taco shells or rice.
