Easy Party Chicken
|Washington fryer breasts||4|
|Chipped beef||4 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted|
|Mushroom stems||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rinse, pat dry chicken breasts.
Cut each breast in half, bone.
Wrap each piece in slice of bacon.
Cover bottom of greased baking dish with chipped beef.
Arrange chicken breasts on beef.
Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, and drained mushrooms.
Pour over chicken.
Bake in 350Â° F. oven 1 1/2 hours.
About 10 minutes before taking out of oven, sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
