Tangy Chicken Of The Islands

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Frying chickens 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces (1 Whole)
Directions

Put vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper in skillet.
Add chicken; let marinate together at least 30 minutes.
Heat to boil on top of stove.
Cover skillet; lower heat.
Simmer about 40 minutes.
Liquid will be absorbed into chicken.
